On july 10 athletes in order to receive the race bib for the 2021 edition HAVE TO HAND OVER A PRINTED CERTIFICATE AT THE RACE OFFICE that they are vaccinated, recovered or tested (pcr < 72 h or antigen < 48 h).

 The health of all participants, members of the organizing committees and volunteers has top priority for the organizer.
The established standards are specified to the organizer by the competent authorities to protect the participants and volunteers and to keep the risk of infection as low as possible.
All those involved in the competition are required to maintain a high degree of personal responsibility. People who do feel sick (fever, cough, runny nose) are asked to stay away from the event and, if necessary, to consult a doctor.

 Start and finish area

-Mask obligation (mouth-nose protection) in case of non-compliance with the minimum distance
-Minimum distance 1 meter
-Follow signs

 Journey
For the journey to the venue and back home apply the national regulations of the respective countries

 Hotel infrastructure
For accommodation, the national hygiene regulations of the venue of the event apply. In the hotel service, the rules of gastronomy apply.

Race admission
In order to get the race bib, athletes have to hand over a printed corona pass that proves that they are vaccinated, recovered or tested (test non older than 72 hours)

 Race office & transport
In the race office masks are mandatory and access ONLY with CORONA PASS.

The is a shuttle service for the transport to the start. Masks are mandatory in the vehicles.

 Award ceremony
At the award ceremony, the prizes (trophies, non-cash prizes) are not presented to the athletes, but the pick them themselves.

Spectators & Hospitality
For the pasta party, the regulations for gastronomy apply - such as information on hand disinfection possibilities, minimum distances for tables and maximum number of people per table. For employees masks are mandatory. There will be exclusively on-site service.

The long route of 45 kilometres with a 2,980 metre ascent and a 3,083 metre descent leads over the Cigolade Pass (variant towards Ciamedie and Gardeccia if unviable), the Passo Principe/Grasleitenpass and the Molignon Pass to the Sciliar; after the Devil's Gorge - also known as the Prügelweg – a final ascent leads up to the Tschafon before the finish line in the centre of the village of Tiers.
Due to its length and the difference in altitude it is a mountain marathon. The name "Sky Marathon" describes the length and alpine characteristics of the trail run at over 2,000 metres.

SHORT ROUTE

The short route stretches over 36 kilometres with 1,908 metres of ascent and 1,935 metres of descent. It follows the same route as the long track around the Rosengarten massif until the highest peak, Passo Principe/Grasleitenpass. Then it leads down to the Rufugio Bergamo/Grasleitenhütte, through Ciamin Valley/Tschamintal, Lavina Bianca/Weißlahnbad e Oberstraße back to the centre of the village of Tiers.
